By placing your order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below:

Any personal information provided by you is confidential and will not be passed on to any other companies or organisations. Personal information may be used by Winton Brewery for statistical purposes.

Our delivery driver will document your delivery details and carry this with him/her in our delivery vehicle. This is as per recommendations by local police. These personal details will not be made available to anyone outside Winton Brewery and will be securely stored/ destroyed after delivery.

Winton Brewery reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice at any time. Your continued use of this site after changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the changes to these terms.

General

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. When ordering and making a payment you will be required to confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

If your order is a gift and contains alcohol, the recipient must also be aged 18 years or older. An adult over the age of 18 will be required to sign for delivery.

We follow the challenge 25 policy and if you are fortunate enough to look under the age of 25, as per the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, our delivery driver will require a form of identification. Only a passport or European Union photocard driving license will be accepted as valid forms of identification. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.

A contract shall exist between you and Winton Brewery when your order is acknowledged by us. This can only be cancelled by the customer in the event of defective goods being delivered.

Winton Brewery shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to any individual or business which may have occurred from the use (or misuse) of any product or any information contained on this website.

Payment

Payment can only be made using Paypal or BACS.

Winton Brewery does not store your financial details. Your personal details are not passed to any third party.

Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.

Delivery

We always aim to deliver your order within three working days but cannot accept liability for delay.

We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to our customers, other than any refund as stated above.

Winton Brewery is not liable for damage caused by customer mishandling.

Alcohol is best enjoyed in moderation. Please drink responsibly.

Privacy Policy

Winton Brewery does not collect Personal Information about you, except when you provide it to us and select opt in to receiving marketing details. Please do not provide information which you do not want us to have. Our aim is to safeguard our users’ privacy and we are committed to GDPR.

We collect personal information about you to enable us to process and deliver your order. As you browse our website, cookies will be placed on your computer to help our website stream and assist with smoother ordering for you.

Rental Items

Winton Brewery is not liable for damage caused by customer mishandling.

It is the customers responsibility to inspect all rental items upon delivery. Any existing damage must be presented to our driver only at time of delivery. Reporting of damages after delivery will not be accepted.

Any damages will be at the customers cost and will be charged at replacement cost price as determined by Winton Brewery Ltd.

Standard Returns Policy

If you have received a defective product then a full refund will be given. All goods must be returned in their original packaging.  In the event of defective goods, the customer will also have shipping costs reimbursed. The customer may have to arrange delivery of the products back to us at Winton Brewery but will be reimbursed after the goods are inspected by us if applicable.

If a return or refund is required then please contact us at info@wintonbrewery.com. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the goods.

If there is a problem with your order or items are faulty, please contact us at info@wintonbrewery.com. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the goods.

If the products are seen to be damaged on delivery then please make our delivery driver aware. You are perfectly entitled to refuse to accept damaged deliveries and entitled to a like for like swap or refund, whichever is preferable.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if an incorrect address, postcode or incorrect contact telephone number is provided. Please check this information when placing your order. This may delay delivery and can lead to additional delivery costs for you.

We cannot accept returns unless exceptional circumstances apply. This will be at the discretion of Winton Brewery.
